I use mathematics to understand how behaviour, environmental change, and biological interactions shape ecological and population dynamics.
I am a PhD candidate in Applied Mathematics in the Department of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences at the University of Alberta, supervised by Prof. Hao Wang. My dissertation, Modelling Foraging Behaviour in Ecological Dynamics, focuses on mathematical biology, dynamical systems, behavioural plasticity, consumer–resource interactions, stoichiometry, and data-driven ecological modelling. I am also an Assistant Professor (on study leave) at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).
Click a research area to expand it. My current work connects mechanistic models, dynamical systems, stochastic processes, and data-driven methods.
